Sales and Marketing Manager

Elevate Lebanon is looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for the overall sales and marketing of our products to potential customers. This includes working with the sales team, product managers, and the CEO to develop strategies for increasing sales.

• Responsibilities
• Develop strategies for increasing financial and participation support of Elevate Work by marketing in the Lebanon, MO business market
• Manage the sales process from prospecting to obtaining donations of time and funds with potential donors
• Develop strategies for increasing donations
• Collaborate with the marketing team on social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram)
• Manage customer acquisition programs (cold calling, social media outreach)
• Maintain records using our CRM system
• Work with other departments to coordinate projects as needed
• Manage our Elevate Work program by identifying and enrolling prospective students and seeing that all classroom needs are met to ensure their successful completion of the curriculum.

Education and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in similar role preferred.
• Experience in digital marketing preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,360.00 - $47,840.00 per year
